Klok Ventures, operated by Connor Klok, provides digital product consulting services including the design and development of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) for small and mid-size businesses. The Site serves as an informational and marketing platform for these services.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, demo applications, and code — is the property of Connor Klok / Klok Ventures and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

The demo applications presented on this Site are proprietary works of Klok Ventures. They are made available for viewing and evaluation purposes only. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the demos as the basis for a commercial product without entering into a paid services agreement with us.

Intellectual property rights for custom applications developed for clients are governed by the applicable Client Services Agreement. Client work product is not covered by these Terms.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Site in an automated manner without our written consent
• Use the demo applications for commercial purposes without a paid agreement

This Site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Klok Ventures makes no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Demo applications are provided for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the full functionality of a deployed product. Information on the Site regarding timelines, outcomes, or results is provided in good faith but is not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Klok Ventures and Connor Klok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of this Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
