Wait times are projected live — add or seat a party and every wait below recalculates.

Why This App
This is a simplified version of a tool built for walk-in businesses — restaurants, salons, walk-in clinics — anywhere people wait for the next open spot.
The core mechanic: each wait time isn't a static guess — it's calculated by simulating the actual queue against real station availability. Add someone to the Queue tab, or seat an existing party, and watch every other wait time in the list update to reflect it.
Check the Customer View tab to see exactly what a waiting customer sees on their own phone — their live position and wait, no app required.
Seating a party or marking a no-show now shows up on the Dashboard as real dollars, not just a headcount — using each party's actual size, not a flat guess. A no-show isn't just an empty chair, it's a specific, visible loss.
Try "Bump to Front" on someone in the middle of the queue — a VIP or a reservation running late. Watch it recalculate honestly: it doesn't just help that party, it pushes back whoever they leapfrog, the same tradeoff a host makes in real life.
Customers standing around not knowing how long
A real projected wait time, calculated from actual station availability — not a shrug.
A paper waitlist nobody can see from across the room
The whole queue updates live and is visible to every staff member at once.
No-shows quietly wasting a table's turn
Every no-show is logged, so patterns become visible instead of just frustrating.
