Zones are a rough dispatch grouping for this demo, not live GPS. The real build maps actual truck positions.

Why this app
Meridian Field Services isn't real. Neither is Harrow & Vance. The crews, trucks, job sites, and requests here are made up, and they shuffle a little each time you load the page.
What's actually working: every panel is wired up for real. Switching between the staff console and client portal, adding a crew photo, answering trivia, submitting an equipment request from the client side and seeing it land in the staff feed, all of that runs live in your browser off the data on this page. There's no server behind it, this one file is the whole thing.
Where it came from: I built an operations dashboard like this for a real client that manages field crews and rental equipment. The crew grid, the on-call rotation math, the two-way photo board, the client-facing request flow, those are the same mechanics from that build. The name, the company, and the data are invented so this can sit in a portfolio without showing anyone's actual business.

Add a crew photo
On the real system this comes from a phone, straight into the rotation. Here it just adds a tile to the strip.
